Smartworks' ₹583 Crore IPO to Open for Subscription on Jul 10

THE initial public offering (IPO) of Smartworks Coworking, one of India's leading coworking companies, will open for public subscription on July 10 and close on July 14.
The size of the fresh issue has been reduced to ₹445 crore from the earlier planned ₹550 crore, while the offer for sale (OFS) component by promoters has been cut to 33.79 lakh shares from 67.59 lakh shares.
