Situation along LAC stable but sensitive: Army Chief

THE situation along India's northern borders with China is stable but sensitive, Chief of Army Staff Manoj Pande said on Thursday.

Addressing the media during his annual press conference ahead of the Army Day, the Army chief provided a comprehensive update regarding the security situation along India's borders. "The situation on the northern border is stable but sensitive. We continue to engage in discussions to find a solution and address issues between the two sides. Operational preparedness is very high, and the deployment is both robust and balanced," he said.
