Security breach: UP man detained for attempting to scale Parliament wall

A 20-year-old man, who allegedly tried to enter the Parliament premises after scaling a wall on Friday morning, was caught by security personnel and handed over to the police, officials said, adding that he appeared to be "mentally incoherent".
The incident took place around 5.50 am on Friday, and he was caught near the boundary wall after scaling through a tree. He has been identified as Ram Kumar Bind. He hails from Uttar Pradesh's Bhadohi and works in a factory in Surat, Gujarat.
