SC Sets Aside HC Order on Bail for Conjugal Life

The Supreme Court has set aside an order of the Jharkhand High Court which granted anticipatory bail to a man accused of cruelty and murder attempt on his wife—on a condition that he would resume conjugal life with his wife and maintain her with dignity and honor.
