SC seeks ED reply on timing of Kejriwal’s arrest

THE Supreme Court on Tuesday sought the response of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on the timing of the arrest of Arvind Kejriwal just before the elections began. The CM has moved top court challenging his arrest in the Delhi liquor policy case.
A two-judge bench of Justices Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta sought ED response on May 3, the next hearing date.
As there are no attachment proceedings in this case so far, and if there are, then show how the petitioner (Kejriwal) is involved, the court observed.

Zubeen's director pays tribute at Goa film fest
