RUSSIAN President Vladimir Putin would not travel to Delhi to attend the G20 Summit, Kremlin announced on Friday putting all speculation to rest.
"President Putin is not planning a trip to the G20 Summit in India. His main emphasis is now a special military operation," President Putin’s spokesperson Dmitry Peskov.
