CONGRESS national general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra addressed her second rally in the run-up to the assembly polls in Madhya Pradesh, on Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia’s home turf Gwalior on Friday. Priyanka first offered floral tributes at the memorial of the warrior Queen Lakshmibai. Later she addressed the ‘Jan Akrosh Maha Rally’ at Gwalior’s Mela Ground and spoke in local Bundeli language to strike a chord with the gathering.
