Odisha's GST growth 4th highest in country

SURPASSING the growth rate of the last four consecutive months, Odisha has posted a year-on-year growth of 11.19% in overall collection of GST in December against the national average of 8%.
Official sources said the state collected GST of over ₹4,838.29 crore last month as compared to the collection of ₹4,351.42 crore in December 2023. The highest ever GST mop-up was ₹5,902.25 crore in April last year.
