Q3 net profit falls 2% to $6,654 cr; revenue from operations rises 9% to 745,479 cr; revenue guidance for FY26 raised to 3-3.5% from 2-3%

- PADMINI DHRUVARAJ @ Bengaluru

THE country’s second-largest IT services company Infosys on Wednesday reported a 2% year-on-year (YoY) decline in consolidated net profit for the third quarter, weighed down by exceptional costs linked to labour code changes, even as revenue growth remained strong.

However, despite the pressure on profit margins, the company raised its revenue guidance for FY26 to 3-3.5% in constant currency terms from 2-3% quoted earlier, and retained margin guidance at 20-22%

Infosys posted a consolidated net profit of %6,654 crore for the quarter, compared with 76,806 crore in the corresponding period last year. Revenue from operations rose 9% YoY to %45,479 crore during the quarter.
