HC terms Wankhede plea defective

THE Delhi HC on Thursday dismissed a plea filed by IRS officer Sameer Wankhede against Shah Rukh Khan-owned Red Chillies Entertainment Pvt Ltd, alleging defamation in the web series “The Ba*ds of Bollywood”.
The series marks the directorial debut of actor’s son Aryan Khan.
