Cong has taken contract to finish RJD, says Modi

PRIME Minister Narendra Modi on Monday accused the RJD of stalling development projects in Bihar by putting pressure on Congress-led UPA government at the Centre to "avenge" its ouster from power in the state in 2005.
Addressing a poll rally in the north Bihar district of Saharsa, Modi said again that the Congress grudgingly agreed to declare Tejashwi Prasad Yadav as the INDIA bloc's chief ministerial candidate after the RJD placed a 'katta' (illegal country-made gun) on its head. On Sunday, he had said at Ara that RJD compelled Congress to declare Tejashwi as CM face at gunpoint.
