Govt working on filing a review petition in the Supreme Court over ban

The Delhi government is preparing to challenge the ban on overage vehicles operating on city roads or being parked in public spaces. The Chief Minister's Office (CMO) has directed the transport and environment departments to conduct a detailed review of the existing guidelines and enforcement mechanisms related to such vehicles, officials said.
They added that the city government is working on filing a review petition in the Supreme Court, urging it to rethink its rules on end-of-life vehicles.
