Can't jail a person indefinitely for forwarding video

"A person cannot be indefinitely kept in jail, simply for forwarding messages, video which may hurt the religious sentiments of the community," the Madhya Pradesh High Court has observed while granting bail to a guest faculty of a government college who has been in jail since April 28 for circulating WhatsApp messages on Pahalgham.
