IN RECENT weeks, there has been speculation regarding the stability and cohesion of the KwaZulu-Natal Government of Provincial Unity (GPU), following a series of public statements, media reports and political developments.
In light of this, the IFP National Executive Committee having met on Monday, November 3, wishes to place on record the following clarifications and reaffirmations. The IFP reaffirms its full and unwavering support and confidence in the IFP-led Government of Provincial Unity (GPU) under the leadership of Premier Thami Ntuli. The province of KwaZulu-Natal remains stable, and the GPU continues to govern effectively in the collective interest of all the people of KZN.
