eThekwini workers raise serious safety concerns at Pinetown water depot

SAFETY and security were some of the concerns raised by eThekwini municipal workers at the Pinetown Water Depot during a visit by officials on Wednesday.
Mdu Nkosi, the Chairperson of the eThekwini Municipality Trading Services Committee, visited the depot as part of Public Service Month activities.
The municipality said that the visit aimed to engage directly with staff to reinforce the importance of the Batho Pele Principles, while encouraging employees to continue putting people first in the execution of their duties.
