Since the publication of the article yesterday, Toyota South Africa Motors (Pty) Ltd (TSAM) has brought it to our attention that its insurers Tokio Marine and Nichido Fire Insurance Co. Ltd (Tokio Marine) had brought the action against Transnet, the KZN Department of Transport (DoT) and the eThekwini Municipality.
