AS THE WORLD DARTS CHAMPIONSHIP JAMBOREE STARTS THE TWO LUKES PREPARE TO BATTLE IT OUT TO BE NO.1

LUKE Littler has secured top marks on and off the oche this year.

Not only has he been virtually flawless with darts in hand, winning an incredible six major titles, but he also passed his driving test at the first attempt before taking the wheel of his first motor, a sleek BMW.

Littler posted a picture of the vehicle on social media, not to show off but to prevent a photographer, who had pursued him on a motorway, from selling the pictures.

The teenager had tried to shake off the snapper, saying: "I came off so late and then so did he. I think I did about three U-turns, he did the same, but I was just shaking with nerves. That's why I posted the car, so he couldn't do it."

It was one of his few nerve-wracking moments of a year that has seen him sweep all before him to claim the world No.1 spot.
