Two taken to hospital after crash closes road

TWO people were taken to hospital after a crash on the A69 in Northumberland.

Emergency services were called to an eastbound stretch of the A69 between Stagshaw Roundabout (Corbridge) and the B6528 for Heddon-on-the-Wall yesterday.
The road was closed eastbound, near the Ovington exit, for a short period of time.
