DOUBLE TROUBLE FOR A FIRST TIME DAD OF TWINS

"What's this?," Thomas enquired of the bright green coriander I'd added to his white rice.
Normally, I wouldn't go so experimental, but we had a bunch of the stuff clogging up the fridge and I wanted to use it before it turned brown.
I explained it was a delicious healthy herb, popular in India. He viewed it with suspicion, while attempting to pick it out of his rice.
His sister always adopts a surprisingly supportive stance to her brother whenever it comes to refusing healthy food and agreed it hindered her enjoyment of the plain carbohydrate.
Eventually, they badgered me into toasting more white pitta bread since they were 'starving', but unable to eat any of the rice accompanying the bland curry.
