Restaurant has new home

A MONTH after a fire in its kitchen forced it to shut down during what should have been its busiest time of the year, a much-loved Italian restaurant has reopened in new premises.

Last night, Gateshead favourite Primavera open its doors for the first time in a new home just along the road from its former Low Fell base.
It came as a massive blow to the team at Primavera, a restaurant that has been part of the furniture in Low Fell for years, when a fire in their kitchen caused devastation and left them with no other option but to close down.
