Hoppings invites kids' charities to a 'VIP' session with free rides

ALL the fun of the fair will be on offer for free to some special young guests this summer when The Hoppings makes its annual return to Newcastle.
The much-loved fair, which has been a city tradition for generations of families, will be back on the Town Moor from June 20 and organisers have an opening day treat in store.
Crow Events, which operates the fair, is inviting children's charities to get in touch for a chance to bag some free rides for the youngsters they help. On the first day of the run there will be an opportunity to enjoy the fairground attractions for free, before its official opening by the Lord Mayor of Newcastle and before the crowds arrive.
Charities will be able to take along a group of children on June 20 to make the most of free rides between noon and 2pm.
