Historic hall conversion approved by councillors

COUNCILLORS have backed the conversion of a historic hall in Newcastle’s West End into luxury homes.
-
Pendower Hall is set to be converted into four large properties, after plans were given the green light by Newcastle City Council’s planning committee.
The regeneration will breathe new life into a grade II listed building which has lain vacant for more than a decade.
