Control of kitchen firm handed over for no charge

THE Swedish parent company of kitchens brand Magnet has given control of the business to a private equity investor for no charge.
-
London-based Alteri Investors will assume control of the business - which includes its Darlington factory site employing about 450 people - and take on about £60.3m (746m Swedish Krona) of liabilities on Magnet’s leased UK network of showrooms.
