Cirkin back in action for Wearsiders

FORGOTTEN Sunderland defender Dennis Cirkin has spoken of his delight after making his long-awaited return to action with the Under-21s.
His initial appearance against Ipswich Town marked his first outing since the EFL Championship playoff final, with the left-back having endured a frustrating few months on the sidelines across the summer and early season following wrist and knee setbacks.
