BURNOPFIELD racked up 257-6 declared at home to Sunderland, as Ross Whitfield jnr scored 46, Jonny Bushnell 48 and Matthew Oswell smashed 62 not out.
The Ashbrooke team then lost early wickets, with Matthew Oswell claiming an excellent 6-19 and they were all out for a paltry 56 runs.
Felling decided to bat first at Hetton Lyons, with opener Ben Robinson getting them off to a good start with 56 runs and Palzer Tamang making 41. Robert Talbot then took 3-30 and Paul Coughlin 3-59 to keep them down to 189 all out. The Lyons then were 1-2, but Paul Coughlin with a hard-hitting 61 and Zain Abass 62 and won the game on 193-6.
