Brutal rule of Iranian regime is coming to an end
The Journal
|February 03, 2026
OLD men who are desperately anxious to preserve their corrupt and extremist regime have brutally slaughtered maybe 30,000 young people in the streets and even hospitals in Iran, but their days are thankfully numbered.
This is not just about horror, which also affects us through Iranian friends in exile here, but because the clerical regime is trying to kill its opponents on our land.
Iran is an overwhelmingly young country. Women are not equal in law. Many refuse to wear hijabs and in 2022 a young Kurdish woman was murdered by the so-called morality police for ‘bad hijab’ showing a few wisps of hair.
That sparked the Kurdish-led campaign for woman, peace, freedom.
That was snuffed out but its energy didn’t disappear. ‘The latest revolution began when middle-class traders who are normally connected to the ruling class shut up shop. Soaring inflation and a worthless currency deprived them of a livelihood.
They were joined by young people across the country. Much of their brave confrontation has been hidden by the regime closing the internet and phone lines.
But large numbers of protestors took to the streets that ran red with their blood. Regime thugs have developed a gruesome tactic of shooting protestors with metal pellets in their eyes and genitals.
