Big Dan Burn’s starring role in town’s panto

NEWCASTLE United star Dan Burn has landed a role in a pantomime at his hometown theatre.

The defender, from Blyth, will make a cameo appearance in the Phoenix Theatre’s production of Aladdin as the voice of the Genie.
The casting of the 33-year-old England international, who scored a goal in the Carabao Cup final in March to help NUFC lift their first domestic trophy since 1955, was announced by the Blyth theatre on its social media accounts.
