The Central Environment Authority (CEA) has announced that from April 1, 2026, all plastic water bottles sold in Sri Lanka must carry the Sri Lanka Standards (SLS) Product Certification Mark, in line with a new directive issued by the Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA).
