SLMC condemns Israeli attack on Iran, alleges Netanyahu seeking to cause chaos across the region

SLMC leader and Attorney-at-Law Rauff Hakeem has alleged that Israel was seeking to destabilise Iran and cause chaos in the Middle East.

The following is the text of the statement issued by lawmaker Hakeem as Israel and Iran continued to strike each other in the wake of Israeli strike on Iranian targets last Friday: “ It is utterly unconscionable that the Netanyahu Government, in continuation of its fleeting contempt, born of an entrenched culture of impunity for International Law, and the principles of the United Nations, carried out a series of air attacks against the Islamic Republic of Iran on 13th June 2025.
