Halloluwa ordered to hand over mobile phone to police probing assault and shooting

The Colombo Magistrate court yesterday ordered former National Lotteries Board Director Thusitha Halloluwa to hand over his mobile phone to Police officers investigating the assault and shooting that targeted his vehicle in Narahenpita on 17 May.
The court on Wednesday granted permission to the Colombo Crimes Division to detain and question, for 24 hours, three more suspects who were arrested in connection with this incident.
