Assets of two top-tier drug dealers to be confiscated

The Illegal Assets Investigation Unit has moved to confiscate properties worth hundreds of millions of rupees belonging to two alleged top-tier drug traffickers, Ruwan Chamila Prasanna, alias 'Dematagoda Ruwan', and Sobhanandi Jayalath de Silva, alias 'Karandeniye Suddha'.
Police sources said yesterday that the assets, including luxury buildings and vehicles believed to have been acquired through narcotic
