Injured Redmond is out for 'several months'

HUDDERSFIELD Town have been left to rue another injury blow after it was confirmed that Zepiqueno Redmond is set to spend “several months” on the sidelines with a knee setback.
The Aston Villa loanee made his first start for Town in Wednesday's Carabao Cup defeat to Manchester City, but was not in the squad for Saturday's 1-0 victory at Exeter City in League One.
Town boss Lee Grant revealed following the win at St James Park that Redmond is set for a lengthy spell out, with the 19-year-old the latest player to have picked up a significant injury, after Herbie Kane and Will Alves were also ruled out recently.
“We're in one of those phases and there's no getting away from it,’ Grant told HTTV.
“We have put together a squad that we think can compete in this division and has depth, right now we haven't got the depth.
“We're missing Will, we're missing Herbie and, as we've touched on, both of those are significant injuries and we're not going to see them for a long time.
“Now unfortunately for Zepi, he falls into the same category.
“He’s completed an action that he'll complete a million times in his career, he’s dribbling and he’s passing and it’s nothing more than that, there’s no challenge.
