Harness admits after defeat to Stockport: We are pretty angry
The Huddersfield Daily Examiner
|October 07, 2025
HUDDERSFIELD Town attacker Marcus Harness said his side were left "pretty angry" following their 2-1 defeat at home to ten-man Stockport County on Saturday.
The Terriers recorded their first home loss of their League One campaign at the weekend, with goals from Oliver Norwood and Odin Bailey securing the Hatters the points.
Norwood put the visitors in front on the stroke of halftime from the penalty spot, and despite having Tyler Onyango sent off eight minutes after the break, they extended their lead through Bailey 12 minutes from time.
Bojan Radulovic netted a consolation for Town in injury-time, as the Terriers went on to register their fourth league defeat of the campaign.
Reflecting on Saturday's loss, Harness told HTTV: "We're pretty angry in the dressing room, we've had some good honest conversations, and we're really disappointed with how the day's turned out.
"I didn't see it going the way it did, but we'll have to look at it, and learn from where we fell short, and really put the work in to put it right and improve collectively and individually for the rest of the season.
