Wright is finding consistency under the guidance of Muslic

MIRON Muslic is getting performances out of Callum Wright that Ian Foster and Wayne Rooney never could during their short stints as Plymouth Argyle head coach.
-
Wright was a peripheral figure for the Pilgrims under Rooney after being completely out in the cold when Foster was in charge of the Pilgrims. Yet, just seven games into Muslic's tenure at Home Park, the 24-year-old is finally playing with consistency.
Of course, the key for Wright now is to maintain that over the rest of the season, and ending his long wait since April 2023 for an Argyle goal would surely be an extra fillip for him, but he has come a long way in a short time.
Wright's record of appearances for Argyle since signing from Blackpool in January 2023 tells the story. Of his 73 appearances, 36 have been in the starting lineup and 37 as a substitute. He has netted just four times as well.
He has never come close to being regarded as a 'first team regular' but Muslic is now getting the best out of him in an attacking trio along with Mustapha Bundu and Ryan Hardie.
