THE PILGRIMS HAVE MADE NINE NEW SIGNINGS THIS SUMMER
TOM Cleverley expects there to be 'two or three' more additions to his Plymouth Argyle squad and hopes they will happen 'as soon as possible'.
The Pilgrims' boss acknowledged that signing 'a number nine' was something the club were working hard towards, with a few candidates on their shortlist. The only out-and-out strikers available to Cleverley at the moment are 22-year-old summer recruits Owen Oseni and Bim Pepple as well as first-year professional Joe Hatch.
Cleverley has been 'really pleased' with the quality within the Argyle squad, which includes nine new signings from both before and after he was appointed as head coach on June 13, but admitted more depth needed to be added to it.
