Tolaj shines again on an otherwise bad day for Argyle

HERE are the player ratings of Plymouth Live's Argyle reporter Chris Errington from the Pilgrims’ 2-1 League One defeat by AFC Wimbledon at Home Park.
-
Conor Hazard 5 - Was not convincing dealing with crosses into his penalty area, which was one of Wimbledon’s strengths, particularly in the first half.
Could do nothing about either of the visitors’ two goals though.
Brendan Wiredu 5 - Conceded a number of free-kicks during the first half. While some of the decisions against him from referee Matt Corlett were harsh, especially considering it was a physical game anyway, it resulted in Wimbledon being able to build up pressure with some excellent deliveries into the Argyle box.
Mathias Ross 4 - Has gradually been improving since joining the Pilgrims but this was an off-day for the former Denmark under-21 international. While the cross leading to Wimbledon's 44th minute equaliser should have been prevented, Ross will know he could not let Omar Bugiel beat him to the ball and head it home from close range.
Alex Mitchell 5 - Wimbledon did not create that many clear-cut scoring chances but Mitchell and his teammates never looked comfortable when the visitors from southwest London broke on them, which was quite often.
