PLENTY OF FUN FOR KIDS AT NATIONAL TRUST PROPERTY

- RUTH OVENS

Saltram is lighting up for season's festivities

THE National Trust will be bringing festive magic to Saltram, the Georgian mansion near Plymouth, in the run-up to Christmas.

The festivities begin at the end of November and will continue into the start of 2024. The Grade I listed mansion will once again be adorned with extravagant decorations, thousands of twinkling lights, and beautiful baubles to create the Christmas experience that visitors know and love at Saltram.

The National Trust is urging anyone wanting to visit the house to book in advance. National Trust members go free, as do carers and children under five. Tickets for non-members are £13 for adults and £6.50 for children over the age of five.

Saltram's Christmas in Bloom runs from November 24 until January 2 and aims to bring the outside in!
