DEVELOPERS SEEK ADVICE ON PLAN FOR 10.6-HECTARE SITE
DEVELOPERS have outlined plans for around 75 homes and a country park at Tamerton Foliot.
Pre application advice is being sought from Plymouth City Council for the land at Horsham Lane, which comprises six fields totalling 10.6 hectares.
Two of the fields are being proposed for a publicly accessible country park. The land is not subject to any previous planning applications.
