Pilgrims facing a huge test of their credentials

PLYMOUTH
Argyle will play the first of three games in their next five League One fixtures against top four opposition when they take on Stockport County at Edgeley Park today.Dave Challinor’s Stockport were beaten playoff semifinalists last term and are having another strong season in the third tier of English football.
County are in fourth position after winning 2-1 away to Blackpool on Tuesday with goals from Kyle Wootton and Jack Diamond, and have picked up 10 points from their last four games.
Argyle will also host Lincoln City, who are in second spot in League One, next Saturday before taking on current table toppers Cardiff City at Home Park a fortnight later.
