New leader for city's RAF Air Cadets

THE Wing Commander of the Plymouth and Cornwall Wing of the RAF Air Cadets has handed over to a new leader after 12 years at the helm.

Wing Commander Francis Reis handed over command to new Wing Commander Peter Ward in a ceremony on Friday after fulfilling the role since 2011.
