'Hybrid' plan for siding includes tennis courts

CO-LIVING UNITS AS WELL AS SPORTS FACILITIES IN PLAN
THE latest redevelopment plans for a disused railway siding in the St Judes area of Plymouth are for sports courts and 29 co-living units with communal facilities.
The former Tothill Sidings site has been approved for various residential purposes since 2010, most recently for 50 homes, but none of the schemes have come to fruition.
