JAILED FOR FLEECING WOMAN AGED 93
A PROLIFIC burglar who was made subject of a Criminal Behaviour Order in 2023 banning her from having unsupervised contact with men and women aged over 60 has been jailed for burgling a woman in her 90s.
Sammy Jo Dillon, 38, of Claremont Road, Plymouth, was arrested following a burglary at a property in Hetling Close on July 24 this year.
Officers identified Dillon after they discovered the use of the bank cards at two city businesses.
One of the cards was used at the Burger King fast food restaurant on New George Street on July 24, where food to the value of £12.49 was purchased.
The same card was also used at a betting shop in New George Street on the same day, where a £30 bet was placed.
She pleaded guilty on November 17 at Plymouth Crown Court to the charge of burglary of a woman aged 93.
