Search for journalist missing in Norwegian national park

Rescuers in Norway yesterday continued the search for an award-winning environmental journalist who went missing in bad weather during a solo hike in a remote national park.
Alec Luhn, a US-born reporter who was a regular Russia correspondent for the Guardian from 2013 to 2017, was reported missing on Monday after he failed to catch a flight to the UK from Bergen.
Norwegian media said Luhn, 38, had been holidaying with his sister and set out on a four-day hike from Ullensvang, on the northern edge of the 550 sq km Folgefonna national park, which is home to one of the country's biggest glaciers.
