Police name mother and daughter found dead

A mother and daughter found dead in a house in Salford in a suspected murder suicide have been named as Martina Karos and eight-year-old Eleni Edwards.
The bodies of Karos, 40, and her disabled daughter were discovered at a home on South Radford Street on Monday morning after emergency services were called.
A police cordon and forensic teams remained in place yesterday as Greater Manchester police (GMP) continued to investigate.
Officers said they were not looking for anyone else in connection with the deaths and that the incident was "contained" with "no wider threat in the community".
