Diver killed while working on wreck of superyacht Bayesian

A diver died yesterday during preliminary operations to recover the British tech tycoon Mike Lynch's superyacht from the waters off the coast of northern Sicily, local police said.
The 184-foot Bayesian was anchored just off the small fishing port of Porticello, near Palermo, in August when it was likely struck by a "downburst" of very strong winds, killing seven people who were aboard including Lynch and his daughter Hannah.
The accident happened yesterday while the diver was underwater off Porticello, police said, adding that the precise cause of death was unknown.
