(KNO): The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Monday arrested Shafat Ahmed Shangloo, who was wanted in a 35-year-old case relating to the kidnapping of Dr. Rubiya Sayeed, daughter of the late Mufti Mohammad Sayeed.
