Establishment of Solid Waste Management Plant discussed in Poonch

Deputy Commissioner Vikas Kundal chaired a meeting friday at the DC Office complex to review the establishment of solid waste management plants in the district.

The meeting aimedto address the growing concerns regarding waste disposal and explore sustainable solutions forthe same.
Key discussions included planning and implementing a comprehensive solid waste management system, which encompasses collection, transportation, segregation, processing, and disposal methods.
