Rose cocktail reflects the love for Darci

A YOUNG woman who “brightened every day” at a Stockton restaurant will be remembered in a lasting tribute.

Darci Gibson, from Ingleby Barwick, died suddenly in October, devastating her family, friends and work colleagues at the Noir D’or restaurant.

Darci, 19, had worked at the Stockton Riverside venue since it opened in February. As reported, she was the younger sister of Geordie Shore star Holly Hagan and died in hospital after an incident in Manchester.

Following the tragic news, staff at Noir D’or decided they wanted to create a lasting reminder of the teenager. Formerly known as the ‘Hidden Rose; the restaurant's signature cocktail has received a fitting new name.

In a Facebook post, staff said: “With deep love and remembrance, we've renamed one of our signature cocktails to honour our dear friend and colleague, Darci Rose Gibson.
