FINAL approval has been given for a proposal to build 24 new homes in South Bank.

Outline planning permission had already been granted for the development on vacant land either side of Upper Oxford Street back in 2022, which was due to expire.

Various organisations were consulted by Redcar and Cleveland Council after a ‘reserved matters’ application for the site was submitted early last year by London-based Arkley Homes.
