Hundreds say final farewell to legend 'Dotty'

A horse-drawn carriage, floral tributes and a ‘RIP Dotty’ banner, alongside around 300 people, filled Maplewood Chapel at Stockton Crematorium.

Some mourners even wore T-shirts with the 36-year-old’s face on, and another with a pendant to honour the ‘born and bred’ Thornaby dad.

Scott, who was known as ‘Dotty, passed away at the scene of a motorbike crash on April 2, but his family take comfort in the fact that he “died doing something he loved”.
